I am Khansa, currently serving as a Locum Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry at NELFT NHS Trust. My passion for psychiatry and mental health drives me to support individuals in today’s challenging landscape, where mental health issues are increasingly prevalent. I have a strong commitment to community well-being and am keen to make a positive impact on those in need of assistance.

As a newcomer to the British Pakistani Psychiatrists Association (BPPA) serving as Executive for Eastern Division, I am inspired by the inclusive environment and shared commitment to mental health advocacy here. I am motivated to assist the immigrant diaspora who are new to the NHS system and to promote psychiatry as a specialty. I am also excited to contribute to this vital work and collaborate with fellow professionals who share my passion for promoting mental health awareness.
